The value of ecology in our eco hotel in Trentino

The relationship between Sport Hotel Panorama and the environment is the result of a long, everyday presence, expressed through actions rather than words.
The oligomineral spring, the bioenergetic garden, the park surrounding the hotel and the Brenta Dolomites in the background reflect an idea of ecology based on balance and respect.

For us, sustainability means consistent choices over time: cogeneration systems, solar and photovoltaic panels, irrigation with spring water, and charging stations for electric and hybrid vehicles.

In summer we grow organic vegetables for our kitchen and produce our own apple–pear juice from the fruit of an old family orchard. Even the breakfast jams are homemade, following a long-standing family tradition.

Here the true value is space: a large private park, quiet and carefully maintained, where nature can be experienced with freedom and discretion.
A place where ecology is not a label, but a natural consequence.

Everyday care for the environment

The park surrounding Sport Hotel Panorama is an integral part of the experience.
Terraced gardens, open spaces and panoramic views of the Brenta Dolomites accompany the stay, creating a natural continuity between landscape, architecture and time spent outdoors.

Within the park lies the bioenergetic garden, conceived as a place for slow walking and a deeper connection with nature, together with the constant presence of oligomineral water from the hotel’s own spring – a key element of balance and wellbeing.

This approach is also recognised at European level.
Sport Hotel Panorama has been awarded the EU Ecolabel, the European Union’s ecological quality mark, certifying responsible resource management, from energy and water to land use and environmental quality.

For us, ecology is a daily direction: a coherent way of inhabiting the Paganella Plateau and welcoming those who choose it, in the heart of Trentino.
