The sauna area of the La Dolce Vita Spa is an adults-only space, designed for those seeking an intense, intimate and deeply relaxing wellness experience.

Here, heat is never overwhelming but gently enveloping. Different types of saunas create a free-flowing path, to be enjoyed at your own pace, alternating warmth, quiet pauses and moments of hydration. Soft lighting, candles, natural materials and silence define the atmosphere.

Within the sauna area, the saltwater pool offers a unique sensation of suspension and deep release, seamlessly complementing the heat experience. A herbal tea lounge and two spacious relaxation areas complete the journey: one more intimate, inspired by the calm of a mountain lodge, and one bright, with large windows opening onto the garden.

During the week, guided rituals such as sauna aufguss, scrubs, clay treatments and mindful practices enhance the experience, adding depth and awareness.

A place to slow down, let go and allow warmth to gently dissolve tension, supported by generous, exceptionally comfortable relaxation loungers.

In the sauna area of the La Dolce Vita Spa, wellbeing unfolds through scents, natural materials and intimate atmospheres inspired by Alpine tradition.

The Tyrolean sauna, with its fragrant wood and alpine essences, and the Swiss stone pine bio-sauna enriched with high-altitude hay, invite slow and mindful relaxation. The journey continues with the rasul, infrared sauna and steam bath, where humid heat and chromotherapy create a deeply enveloping sensation.

The experience is completed by sensory showers with chromotherapy and aromas, a Kneipp path and the saltwater pool, allowing guests to alternate heat and water in a natural and regenerative way.

After the warmth comes silence.
The Baita del Silenzio, inspired by an old mountain lodge, welcomes guests to rest on heated water beds, while the bright winter garden overlooking the greenery invites extended relaxation on comfortable loungers.

Herbal teas and water from the natural oligomineral spring are always available, gently guiding the body toward deep balance.
