At the highest and most panoramic point of the park, at the edge of the forest, there is a space designed to slow down and restore balance. A simple and natural place, open to silence and breathing, where the landscape supports movement and concentration.
This is where our yoga sessions and anti-stress practices take place — guided and accessible even to those approaching yoga for the first time. The close contact with nature, light and the fresh air of the Paganella Plateau makes the experience particularly effective and deeply regenerating.
When weather conditions do not allow outdoor practice, the activities continue in a dedicated indoor room, spacious and bright, designed to ensure comfort and continuity throughout the year.
At Panorama Resort, yoga is part of a holistic approach to wellness that combines mindful movement, body awareness and quality time — without pressure and without excess.
