We follow the tenets of Slow Food and of Zero Kilometre agriculture, give precedence to DOP products and, in addition, cultivate our own vegetables following biological and bio-dynamic principles.

Our hotel catering for celiacs in Trentino, on the Paganella Plateau, offers a menu dedicated to celiacs, and has, for years, collaborated with the Italian Celiac Association.
Not only has our Chef prepared menus for vegans and vegetarians, but we also pay the utmost attention to those with dietary intolerances.
You are kindly asked to inform us about any dietary needs at the moment of booking or, at the latest, the moment you arrive at the hotel, when it will be our pleasure to put you in direct touch with our Chef, who will personally take care of your needs.
