The astonishing power of wine penetrates man and, in his veins, spreads and distributes its fervour.
Tito Lucrezio Caro (53 a.C.)
A wine cellar is a bit like a treasure chest, its contents collected and selected over time. It is a place of worship because, for us, wine is an exploration of the region that it comes from. We have always believed in people, and sampling a wine has always been a way to know its producer, possibly by going to the winery to further understand who is behind each wine, to experience its territory through its flavours, smells, and, ultimately, its culture. Ours is a wine list that mainly centres on our region, on its small producers of high quality wines. There are also national and international labels. A great commitment, with more than 250 labels, a small world dedicated to those who want to fully flavour the joy of life.
The prince of Trentino wines, it is an autochthonous vine with black grapes that is only cultivated in Rotaliana Plain, its history goes back to 200 Ad. The Council of Trent (1545) gave it the opportunity to leave our borders and gain international acclaim. It seems that the name comes from the German ‘Tiroler gold’, the gold of Tyrol.
Teroldego is cultivated in some of the most beautiful vineyards in Europe, an area of only four hundred hectares, on an alluvial plain at the confluence of the Adige and Noce rivers; just ten minutes drive from the Resort, you can visit these historic cellars, get to know the producers and savour the excellence of this region.
