Food is one of the joys of life, for this reason our chefs are always busy with projects to taste and savour with pleasure. Since 1885 catering has held a crucial role in the Mottes family business as Hoteliers.

For this important element of our service great attention is paid to responsible sourcing, to the quality of local products and, where possible, to locally sourced, biological raw materials. A large part of the vegetables offered in the summer months are actually biologically and bio dynamically grown in the land belonging to the family.
The Hotel restaurant’s kitchen bears the title of Typical Trentino Hostelry, a guarantee of the high quality of the catering.

We offer daily:
  • Buffet breakfast; fresh bread, croissants, yogurt and sliced cold meats selection, an unforgettable choice of cakes and homemade pastries from our pastry chef, tisanes and bio fruit juices from the ancient Mottes family-owned orchards. Not to be missed are the jams prepared using bio fruits by Signora Rina herself. In the morning you can also find milk fresh from the cows as well as fresh dairy butter, ready-sliced fresh fruit, biological grapes and tea corner with tisanes and teas from all over the world.   • Midday Vital Buffet: selection of first courses, meat carvery, whole fish portioned by our chefs, hot side dishes, large buffet of vegetables and tasty nibbles, dessert buffet. Flexible meal times 12.30/14.00
  • Candlelight dinner: grand vegetable buffet and tasty nibbles, typical soup at the buffet, waiter-served amuse-bouche and choice of three menus including a calorie-controlled choice, locally sourced DOP and Slow food institution products. Dinner served from 19.30/20.30.
  • In recent years we have met the needs of the growing numbers of celiac disease sufferers by offering a special gluten-free menu.
You can accompany your meals with some excellent wine, maybe suggested by our house sommelier who will propose the most suitable wine according to the principles of contrast and harmony.

Once a week the restaurant offers a dinner with a typical Trentino alto Adige menu and on Friday evening is the gourmet dinner with an aperitif in the garden and musical accompaniment. On this evening smart dress is particularly welcomed.

Family cuisine for our young guests
For the little ones there is an area with the freshest baby-foods prepared daily as well as table-sets, high-chairs, bibs and colouring pencils. For older children there is a daily choice of buffet menus with dishes suitable for and loved by children. We remind you of our two exclusive family services: for the very youngest 0/3 years old, assistance from 19.30 to 21.00 to allow mothers and fathers the chance to dine in peace, whilst for older children supervised Children’s World is open between 20.00/22.00; a real world of entertainment with over 200 metres of cinema, bouncy-castles, games, balls and lots of fun.
